Returns & Exchanges

OAK + FORT accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date. Please note that clearance items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and attach it to the outside of your package over any existing labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at an authorized shipping carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
