What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that jewelry, intimates, and sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within North America. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Can I exchange an item I bought online in-store?
Yes, online orders can be exchanged or returned at any of our OAK + FORT retail locations, provided you have your original order confirmation email and the items meet our return criteria.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by region and will be calculated at the time of checkout.

How do I care for my OAK + FORT garments?
To maintain the longevity of our minimalist designs, we recommend following the specific care instructions found on the inner garment tag. Most of our knits and delicate fabrics prefer hand washing or dry cleaning.
